Our Dale Campus houses all our independent residence. Each resident resides in their own one bedroom apartment. No shared bathrooms or kitchens or cafeterias. This is a wonderful location for a lot of one one one services as well.

All services provided here are under an customized living structure and the laws of 144G Assisted Living. This facility was licensed prior to the changes in 2021 allowing for all adult age individuals to be accepted.

Unfortunately, the buildings are not equipped with ramps or elevators. Residents will be required to walk 4-5 steps to their apartment or room.
Yes, we work closely with several housing support agencies in Minnesota and we are able to accept most housing vouchers. Please call to verify your agency's voucher is within our network.
Pets are not accepted.
Service animals and ESA pets must complete the proper accommodation process.
